Do I need to invest in changing production line?

No, as long as you use a ball mill. 

 

Does your production process work with a vertical roller mill?

No, it works with a ball mill only.

 

How much clinker can be replaced with sand?

Up to 70% of clinker can be replaced with an ordinary desert sand.

 

Can clinker be replaced with other than sand materials?

Yes, silica containing materials such as slag, ash, gravel, chipped gravel may be used for the process. The only requirement is a SiO2 content should be no less than 30%.

 

Is there any minimal silica content in the replacement material required for the process?

No less than 30% of SiO2 is required.

 

Will we be able to maintain the ball mill output?

Yes, we will provide for the same output that the ball mill is producing at the moment. 

 

What will be the increase in power consumption for my grinding line?

It will remain the same, general number is 45 Kwt/Ton.

 

What standards does nanocement comply with?

It complies with Russian GOST standard and American ASTM.

 

What are the advantages of using nanocement in concrete products?

There are several advantages for concrete. Mainly: less cement is required for same strength concrete products, no expensive admixtures are required.
